Obituary

Gravely, Alexandra (Aleka) Tsiamtsouri, 63, of Chesterfield, was welcomed home by the Lord on November 24, 2017. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anotoronika Tsiamtsouri. She is survived by her loving husband Harry Gravely Jr.; her sons Sean Gravely (Melissa) of Chesterfield, Chris Gravely and his wife of Powhatan; grandchildren Destiny, Brody, and Baby Gravely; adoring sisters Basilikum, Theodora, Athanasia, and Pigi of Athens, Greece; and best friend Becky Murray. Aleka is best remembered for her love of her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Yaya, as she was affectionately known, was a selfless woman who worked diligently as the owner of Back Room Tailor Shop. Because of her determined spirit, she was an inspiration to all following her cancer diagnosis. Her family finds solace in knowing that she is with God and whole again. Her family will receive friends at 3 PM on December 4, 2017 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 10200 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002. A celebration reception will immediately follow.
