Obituary

Ammon “Buck” A. Tuck Sr., 79, of Dinwiddie, VA, died on June 5, 2019 after a long illness. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ammon Franklin Tuck and Alice Blankenship Tuck; sisters, Patricia Tuck Harris and Ruth Holden; and daughter, Shelley Dianne Tuck Robertson. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Alice Glasscock Tuck; daughters, Belinda (Harold) Gurganus, Wanda Brazee, Kathy (Tommy) Kirby; son, Ammon A. Tuck Jr.; grandchildren, Karen Gurganus Garcia, James Brazee Jr., Bryan Gurganus, Travis Brazee, Sam Kirby, Heather Kirby, Britni Brazee, Dylan Kirby, Haynie Robertson, and Gracie Robertson; great-grandchildren, Cameron Brazee, Hayleigh Gurganus, Aubrey Gurganus, and William Gurganus; and brothers, John and Vic Tuck, many beloved nieces, nephews, friends, and special family friend Woody Hudson. Family will receive friends Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield. A service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Salem Baptist Church.
