  1. My thoughts and prayers are with Art and HK and family. Art has always been a strong figure. His presence will be missed!

  2. We are sorry to hear of the passing of Art Maxwell. I (Jose) worked with Art in civil service at Fort Lee, VA. Art was a devoted employee and a very intelligent individual. He was very loyal to the U. S. Govenment. We will miss seeing Art around the area and speaking with him. May GOD receive him with open arms.

Cindy, I am sorry to hear of your family’s loss. My father died a few years ago, and I felt like there was a hole in the world that would never be filled.
But fortunately our faith assures us that there is a purpose in life and in death and we will be with our loved ones some day.
I hope you and your family cherish the memories of a life well lived.
    Sincerely,
    Tim Reid

  5. Cindy just wanted you to know I am thinking of you! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!
