Obituary
Betty Irma Asbury, 89, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 8, 2014. She is survived by her loving daughter and son, Brenda Heath and Tommy Asbury (Cecelia); grandsons, Dennis and his girlfriend, Mari, Shane Heath and Bobby Spears; granddaughter, Tracy Robertson; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan, and Kayla Heath. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lester Asbury; and parents, Dora and Allen Giles. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Chesterfield Humane Society, 9300 Public Works Ed., Chesterfield, VA 23832.
