Obituary

Betzaida (Lily) Rivera was called to heaven on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Born on July 22, 1963, in New Jersey to Betzaida Rodriguez and Enrique Rivera. She is survived by her two sons Jaime and Sean Rivera; stepfather Iniol Rodriguez; brother Jose; sisters Yvonne and Madeline; grandson Oliver; nieces Angela, Alyssa, Francesca, Angelene and nephew Juan.  Lily was an extremely smart and creative person. She had many talents and during her free time she enjoyed cooking, baking, painting, sewing and much more. She loved sunflowers. She was known for her outgoing personality, caring heart and generosity. She had an immense love for children, especially her grandson Oliver. Lily will be greatly missed by her beloved family and friends.

Please join us in celebrating her life on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23237. Family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
