Obituary

It is with heavy hearts and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Brittany Jackson Link on December 2, 2025. Brittany was born in Richmond, Virginia on November 16, 1988 to Lisa Cobb Jackson and the late Dennis Michael Jackson, a cherished daughter, a devoted caretaker, and the light who guided us through even the darkest moments. Brittany is survived by her husband, Brandon Lee Link; Daughters, Kirsten Renee Link and Makenzie Lee Link; Mother, Lisa Cobb Jackson; Sisters, Jessica Nicole Link and Sierra Maxine Jackson: Brother, Andrew Robert Jackson; Nieces, Lily Marie Ritter and Willow Marie Abernathy Link; Nephews, Nicholas Hayden Link, Logan Chandler Link, Mason Matthew Armes, and Jackson Cade Lacks; and extended family members. Brittany is preceded in death by Grandma, Maxine King Cobb; Father, Dennis Michael Jackson; Nieces, Reagan Maxine Lacks and Sadie Ann Mallory.
Brittany was more than just a loving mother—she was our warrior. She faced every challenge with courage, grace, and a strength that inspired everyone around her. As a caretaker, she poured her heart into nurturing and protecting those she loved, always putting others before herself. Her compassion was boundless, and her presence brought comfort, safety, and hope.
To her family, Brittany was a beacon. When life grew difficult, she illuminated the path ahead with her kindness, wisdom, and fierce dedication. She fought for her family with unwavering love, and her legacy will be one of resilience, warmth, and selfless devotion.
Although her absence leaves an ache beyond words, her spirit remains with us—in the lessons she taught, the love she shared, and the countless lives she touched. Brittany will forever be remembered as a gentle heart, a fearless protector, and the bright light who carried us through. Her memory will continue to shine in all who loved her.
