  1. Linda and family, our deepest condolences. Remember the good times and the laughs you and your family had with your dad. He is at peace now. Prayers.

  2. With great sorrow This week I learned that my friend Charles N Guthrie had died, I should say my good friend although we met just a few years ago (2006) We met when ‘Guthrie’ was patrolling the Beulah Oaks Subdivision in his golf cart. I was a new home owner and he shared with me the history of the subdivision property that he once owned. We had several visits and chats during the next five years. I’m three years younger so I thoroughly enjoyed our opportunities to ‘just chat’ and spend time together.
I became active in the subdivision so we had much to
talk about. We talked about many things including my life history and his that may never have been shared with our families. True friendship! I visited him and met Mary. She thought I was a shyster selling something Regardless, as a family friend I share our loss and issue my condolence as we have all lost a loved one. Farewell, Gov’ner Charles as you join Mother Mary. May you rest in peace!

  3. Carolyn and Linda ,
I thought the world of your Dad. He was so much fun and always had a smile on his face .
I remember him saying “ Carolyn Sue “
and he wound always say to me “Well hello young lady”.
He was an amazing man who I grew up loving and admiring . My daughter remembers his kindness when I brought her to visit.
Hold tight to your memories and he will forever be in your heart .
    Love you both .
    Debbie Graham
