Obituary
Clarence Dan Sizemore, 85, met his Lord on Thursday, May 4, 2017, after a long struggle with prostate cancer. He is survived by his devoted brother, Roy Sizemore, and numerous nieces and nephews. Clarence graduated from Richard Bland College of Petersburg with a degree in business administration. He served honorably with the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis B. Sizemore, Sr. and Myrtle E. Sizemore; six brothers and six sisters. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 8, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060.
