Lyman, Claude Daddio, 69, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 26, 2008. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lester D. Lyman. Surviving are his beloved wife, Janice F. Lyman; parents, Mildred R. and Claude F. Lyman, Sr.; daughters, Claudia Rutherford and her husband Lynn, Dawn Lyman; sons, Thomas Lyman, Kenneth Lyman and his wife Ann, Keith Lyman; step-children, Karen Bradbury and Charles Frick, Jr.; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Jeannett Chauvin, Eleanor McNeil, Charlotte Jones, Sandy Corter; brothers, Ronnie, Tom, Stewart, and Billy Lyman. Claude was a U.S. Navy veteran and the former owner/operator of Claude Lyman Roofing and Siding. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday and 5 to 7 pm on Wednesday at Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday, July 30 at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be held 11 am on Friday, Aug. 1 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia.
