Obituary

Foster, Cynthia Ellen, 55, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 11, 2011. She is survived by her beloved husband, Raymond Foster; sons, David Foster (Emily) and Danny Foster (Jill); grandchildren, Mariah, Gavin, Chandler, Nevaeh, Samantha, Dakota, and soon-to-arrive Abbi; brothers, Charles Turner (Connie), Richard Turner, and Timothy Turner (Jennifer). She was preceded in death by a brother, Steven. The family will receive friends 5-6 pm Friday at Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Road (Rte. 10). A memorial service will follow at 6 pm. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, 386 Park Ave. South, New York, NY 10016.

    MY memories are far and deep for u and hope ur watching over us as we perpare our lifes without you here . I know ur watching and laughing at us as we enter uncartered waters. U directed us and tryed to show us the right way. I love u and know your better off with grandpa & grandma and your lil brother. just check in on us every once in awhile .I LOVE U MOM. LIFE JUST WONT BE THE SAME.

  3. My sympathies to Cindy’s family. I used to babysit for her sons. My, that was a long time ago! Cindy was my sister’s bestfriend, and I stood in awe of them growing up. Cindy was one of the sweetest people ever!

  4. I am Janis Meakins’ sister. I have known Cindy since she was very young. I remember her as a wonderful mom to her boys and a very sweet girl. My most heartfelt condolences to the family. I know you will miss her terribly, but I am so happy to know she will no longer be in pain and is with the Lord.
