  1. I was Debra’s maintenance service manager at her residence. She was a very sweet person. Always upbeat, never not one complaint about anything. And she always had that infectious smile. One that would always brighten your day! Even though we weren’t related, we were family. It was an honor to have made her stay at the Arbors at Townepark in Williamsburg va. Most enjoyable, comfortable and safe. Will really miss our brief chit chats coming and going. And on behalf of the entire bldg at the Arbors, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies

  2. I was shock to hear the news of the passing of Debra. I met her AT BSC now BSU. I remember her always smiling. Whenever I went to the games or dances I would always see her. My heart goes out to the family and friends. She will turly be missed. RIH

  3. My deepest condolences to Debra’s family. Rest in peace Little Debbie, Big Shorty, Big Sis. You did a great job looking out for us freshmen ladies during our first year in Holmes Hall at Bowie State, and your kindness to us will never be forgotten. I’m so happy you were here to celebrate with Sam and I last year at our vow renewal and reception….my mom has asked about you ever since. I would have never imaged that when we chatted last week it would be for the last time. I will really miss seeing you at homecoming. You and Skip have now reunited. My prayer is for eternal rest to you both. I will miss you! 💕

  4. To My beloved cousin Debbi

We could always count on you for your loving steadfast presence at a time when we needed you most.

You will most certainly be missed. I know you already have your wings!. I am so very glad that I got to tell you, I loved you and you said to me I love you back. Those shall always be my last parting remembrance words.

Kiss my dad, Uncle Reggie for me and let him know that I think of him every day and that I love him.

Now you are with the elite band of Heavenly McCartneys partying and laughing all the time. You know how we get down!

So I won’t say goodbye. I will just say till we meet again, Sandy McCartney.
