Donna Sue Nuckoles, 63, of Chesterfield, VA went to be with her loved ones on Thursday, January 15, 2026. She was born on January 8, 1963 in Staunton, Virginia to the late Loretta Ellen Simmons. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Randolph Robert “Bobby” Nuckoles; brother, Jeffery Garnet Simmons; mother, Loretta Ellen Simmons.

Donna is survived by her loving daughters, Jennifer Ellen Nuckoles and Kaitlyn Marie Homan; brothers, Gary Lee Gutshall (Beverly) and Mike Agnor (Robin); sisters, Cheryl Ann Love (Dave) and Patsy K. Woodell (Anthony); long-time boyfriend James Calvin Wrenn and extended family members.

Whether you knew Donna from her crazy loving personality or her hard-working dedicated side she was loved by very many. She worked at Waffle House for 41 years where she was loved and respected. When she wasn’t working, she was spending time with her two beautiful daughters who’d she’d go to war for. She always made it known that she was so proud of them. She was also loved by her four-legged child Shelby. She enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and Law & Order with the girls. Donna Sue made sure to enjoy the time she had with the ones she loved.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. followed by her service at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234.
