  2. Sonny was a fine State Police officer, a very good friend and Knight! who was a compassionate person who cared for the widows in our council., especially at Christmas with his Poinsettia project. Sonny and I shared many Air Force stories, something we both had in common. I will miss him at the tables we sat around. The good Lord will certainly bless his soul and family in their hour of sorrow! Rest in peace, my friend

  3. Bill Spruill says:

So sorry for your loss. Spent many years together in the Virginia Air National Guard.

  4. Sonny was a very good friend, and someone who was always there to help out any way he could. Sonny and I worked together as Troopers with the Virginia State Police in Chesterfield,(Area 6), and we also served together with the Virginia Air National Guard. I will always remember the many conversations we had, and never forget his assistance one night many years ago, when we were Troopers. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
