Obituary

Frankie Smith, 75, of Midlothian, VA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. He was the husband of the late JoAnne Dodson Smith; father of Frankie Smith (Lynn) and Brian Smith (Brandi); grandfather of Brendan and Briley Smith; step-grandfather of Heather Botero and Martha Green; step-great grandfather of Isabella and Jacob Botero; brother of Faye Clarke, Judy Carlton, and Maude Simms. Frankie was preceded in death by his step-granddaughter, Sarah E. Brown. Friends may visit from 1-2 pm, with his funeral service starting at 2 pm on Tuesday, July 23, at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Interment will be at Dale Memorial Park.

    I am sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. Please except my condolences and I wish I could be there this week but I have some other obligations that are pressing. Stay strong and I will get up with you soon.

  2. I am so sorry I cannot be there today as we are out of town. Always loved your Dad and Brother, he had such a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. Hugs and love to you all?

  3. So sorry to hear about Frankie. He was always happy and funny! We always loved his visits! He kept us entertained and have missed seeing him and family over the years! Fly hi Frankie!
