Roberts, Gloria Elizabeth Clark, 84, Passed Away At A Local Hospital On Saturday, April 3, 2010. She Was Preceded In Death By Her Husband, Ellis V. Roberts. She Is Survived By Her Daughter, Faye Roberts Miller; 4 Grandchildren Whom She Adored, Stephanie M. Loker And Her Husband, Chris Of Roanoke, Dr. Kristin B. Miller, Michael Stanford Miller, Jr. And Matthew Roberts Miller And His Wife, Jennifer, All Of Richmond. She Leaves Behind 5 Beautiful Great-Grandchildren, Taylor Roberts Miller, Sadie Nicole Melago Of Richmond, Christopher Blake Loker, Alexandria Rachel Loker And Katelyn Elisabeth Loker Of Roanoke. Other Survivors Include 2 Very Special Nieces, Deanna Marie Roberts And Judith Roberts Hayes And Nephew, James Stuart Roberts And His Wife, Louise And Many Other Loving Nieces And Nephews. Mrs. Roberts Had A Long Career With C & P Telephone Company Where She Retired After 35 Years Of Service. She Was A Long Time Member Of Bon Air Baptist Church Ad Was A Devoted, Loving Mother And Grandmother. She Had Many Loving Friends And Our Thanks To So Many Wonderful Friends From Bon Air Baptist Church For Their Visits, Cards And Prayers. No Formal Visitation Is Scheduled. A Graveside Service Will Be Held At Dale Memorial Park On Monday, April 5, 2010 At 2 Pm With Burial Next To Her Beloved Husband, Ellis. In Lieu Of Flowers, Donations May Be Made To Bon Air Baptist Church Outreach Program.
