Obituary

Poulston, Grace Bosher, 89, of North Chesterfield, passed away on April 28, 2018 surrounded by family. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, Charles B. Poulston, Sr.; her son, Charles B. Poulston, Jr.; her daughter, Debra P. Barnes and son-in-law, Barry I. Strickland; and granddaughters, Christie B. Poulsen and husband Trey, and Marci L. Barnes. She is also survived by two brothers, John Bosher of North Carolina and Carson Bosher of Chesterfield, and one sister, Cecile Vaughan and brother-in-law, Alvin of Colonial Heights, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Grace Bosher; brothers, Cliff, Bernard, Maynard, and Marshall Bosher. She was her husband’s best friend, fellow camper, bowling teammate, and great fishing partner. She loved family and made sure holidays and birthdays felt special and fun. She loved animals. Any abandoned or sick kitten that appeared was nursed back to health and given a home. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. A funeral service will be held the next day, May 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service. A brief graveside service will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831.
