Obituary
Talbott, Hazelene, passed peacefully on September 15, 2022. Hazelene was born and raised in Fayetteville North Carolina where she graduated from E. E. Smith High School in 1948.
Hazelene was an avid reader, loved to sing, and was a proud military wife. She was family oriented and a lover of dogs, especially Mimi. She loved chatting on the phone and having conversations with her friends.
She is preceded by her husband, the late William Luther Talbott (SFC, US Army-retired) and her granddaughter Kendra Smith; daughter Wanda Jean Michaux. Hazelene is survived by her daughters, Andrea Talbott, Grenay Talbott and Lysaundria Allison; grandchildren, Kimbrely Edwards (Timothy), Kellie Spruill (Trevis), Kevin Michaux, James Karl Allison(Tameka), Keesha Blount(Tony), Kourtney Smith, David L. Williams III, Tywon L. Williams and a host of great-grandchildren, several great- great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Josephine Rowan and Sallene A. Lockett, Nieces, Nephews and close friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made to St Judes Children’s Hospital(https://childrenscancer.org/donate/)
