Obituary

Isabella Maria Piacentini, 12, of Chesterfield, became an angel in Heaven on Friday, May 4, 2007. She is survived by her parents, Louisa L. and Fred T. Piacentini, Jr.; brothers, Gaspare Cruciata, Peter James (PJ) and Nicholas Thomas Piacentini; sister, Sherry Piacentini; grandparents, Pietro and Rosalia Loduca, Fred T. Sr. and Rosa Piacentini; aunts and uncles, Marianne and Urs Merki, Josephine and Angelo Zimbardo, Barbara and Wade Miers, Diane and Tony St. John, James Piacentini; cousins, Gabriella and Joseph Merki, Silvana and Adriana Zimbardo, J. Brian Miers, Alicia and Michelle St. John. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Entombment will be at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Isabella Piacentini Memorial, P.O. Box 1270, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Though her years were small, her heart was large. Isabella will live on in all of us.

  2. My heart hurts when I think about the lose of my dear "Bella Bella." Having her in my class in 5th grade will be a memory that I will cherish forever. If ever there was an angel, Isabella was truly one right here on earth, and now she rests with our Lord and Savior. Though her years were short, she touched the lives of those around her.
    May God bless each of you during this time of sorrow. She will always be remembered.
