Obituary

Jackie Holt, 70, of North Chesterfield, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024 from her battle of lung cancer. She was born to the late Leroy Cousins and Irene Crossland and was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Page Holt and her son Thomas Clinger.
She is survived by; Sons, Ronald E. Holt (Amanda) and Ted Clinger (Linda); Daughter-in-law, Lisa Clinger; grandchildren, Jennifer Braun, Brian Kennedy, Lisa-Marie Yancey, Bristan Albright, Eric Clinger, Gracie Holt, Nicholas Clinger, Cayden Holt, Zoie Batterby; and five great grandchildren.
Over her lifetime, she worked many jobs with great dedication. She drove a school bus for 30+ years enjoying watching many of the children of Chesterfield grow up. She also was a proud chauffer for many band and ROTC field trips. She will be missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society  and Boy Scouts of America.

  3. I am saddened for Jackie’s family. She was a great lady with a terrific sense of humor. My neighbor and friend for decades, she always made me laugh. She was never confounded by things she saw or heard; always considering things with humor and understanding. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May your memories of her comfort and strengthen you.
