Obituary

Jesse Charles Bell, Jr., 62, of South Chesterfield, VA went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 16, 2026. He was born on March 15, 1964 in Richmond, Virginia. He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Charles Bell, Sr.; mother, Jean Marie Inge; stepfather, Johnny Inge; sisters, Kim Marie Bell, Pamela Dawn Edwards, Debbie Irene Streets; and brother, Jason Bell.

He is survived by his partner, Deborah Dalton; step mother, Laura Bell; children, Jesse Charles Bell, III (Megan), Lindsey Bell Robins, Jay Christian Bell; grandchildren, Ann-Charles Faith Bell, Jesse Charles Bell, IV., Rosabell Marie Robins; sisters, Sherry (Mike), Tasha, Reva, Camille; brother, Ricky (Bethiah); and numerous extended family members and friends.

Jesse worked over 40 years with J.L Minter and was known as J.C to most. Although he was a man of few words, he never missed a chance to make people laugh. Hardworking and kind, with an endless supply of hilarious facial expressions. He will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge, North Chesterfield, VA 23234.
