Obituary

Joanna Cottle, 39, Kaelyn Parson, 13, Kinsey, & Jayson Cottle, 4, of N. Chesterfield, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2022. They are survived by her parents and grandparents, Francis and Joy Cottle; brothers and uncles, Stacy Smith (Tammy), Jeff Morton (Misty), and Mike Morton; sister and aunt, Bobbie Ivey; nieces and cousins, Samantha Diaz (Manuel), Genesis Morton, Summer Ivey, and Ociana Morton; and nephew and cousin, Landon Smith. They are also survived by extended aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Kaelyn is also survived by her father, Anthony Parson; sisters, Angel and Heaven Parson; grandparents, Tony & Connie Parson; uncle, Calvin Brown; aunts, Latasha and Tanesha Parson.  A visitation will be held from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, with the funeral services to begin at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 29 at Destination Church, Crossings Shopping Center, 5258 Oaklawn Blvd., Hopewell, VA 23860.   1. My condolences goes to your family. I have math and social studies with Kaelyn and I loved being at her table she was so sweet and helpful. Kaelyn and Mr.Richardson use to make jokes every morning to make us laugh her beautiful smile was like the sunshine to your rainy day. Kaelyn was a understandable person she didn’t care who you were she loved you for who you are.#Purpleforkae💜
