Obituary

Joe Albert Elliott, 79, of N. Chesterfield, Va. previously of the Tidewater Virginia area went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 3, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert A. and Mary P. Elliott. He is survived by his wife, Ellen S. Elliott; daughter, Mary Ellen Clark; son in law, Don Clark; grandsons, Elliott and Dennis Clark; and brother, Anthony E. Elliott. Joe retired as a Chief Marine Engineer with the NOAA. Family will receive friends Friday, January 8, 2021 from 6 pm ““ 9 pm at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield, Va. His funeral ceremony will be held 10 am the following day at the funeral home. His graveside service will follow at 3 pm at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, 524 Cedar Rd. Chesapeake, Va.

    So very sorry to just hear the sad news about your dear Dad.

    He was a wonderful and kind gentlemen! Joe was always so sweet to help us with what ever we needed help with. We will never forget him!
