Obituary
Beahm, John William, 91, of Chesterfield County, VA passed away after a long illness on September 28, 2023. He is preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Peggy T. Beahm and his daughter Robyn Elena Beahm. He is survived by three daughters, Debra J. Beahm, Kymberleigh B. Gokey, and Vicki B. Hauser. Four grandchildren, Krystin Ryan, Karmyn Baird, Blake Hauser, and Megan Hauser Jones; five great-grandchildren Alex and Samantha Baird, Claire and Conor Ryan and Rex Hauser. Mr. Beahm served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1950 to 1952 during the Korean War. He was a long-time member of Clover Hill Baptist Church and drove special needs members to and from their group home to church faithfully for many years. He was employed as a machinist by Richmond Pressed Metals for many years and as recently as 2020. His love of baseball was evidenced by the many, many baseball games he attended. He also enjoyed bowling and golf. He will always be remembered and missed by his family and friends.
A visitation will take place from 10-11am on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service with a service to follow at 11am, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, N. Chesterfield. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park.

What a good person to know. Had the opportunity to work with him at Richmond Pressed Metals for just over 6 years. One of the hardest working men I’ve known. My condolences to his family and friends through this difficult time

John was a Great friend to me at RPMW for years. He was a kind and gentle soul. He would do anything to help you and make your job easier. I use to Holler out his nickname “oh Johnboy to locate where he was in the shop. John will be greatly missed!!!
