Obituary

Trader, John Michael Mike, 65, of N. Chesterfield, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 23, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Elizabeth Trader; and siblings Kitty, Debbie, and Timothy Tim. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia Trader; children, Chris Trader (Kristina) and Megan Appleby (Joseph); grandchildren, Brandon Reed and Hannah Trader; siblings, Val, Mark, and Cindy; and many other loving family members. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017, at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). His memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday at Stockton Memorial Baptist Church, 5100 Claypoint Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Stockton Memorial Baptist Church.

  3. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Mike was such a gentleman! I so enjoyed the time we spent together. His family meant everything to him! May God be with you during this very difficult time.

  4. Mike was always great help when helping people at Aireco. Full of life, laughing, smiling and always willing to help. He will be missed, praying for his family and friends.
