Obituary

Josephine Barnes Kirkham, 86, was called home to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 22, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Burton Barnes and Gracie Spence Barnes; her husband, Walter Eugene Kirkham, Jr. and her sisters, Myrld B. Woodard and Gracie Dare Barnes. She is survived by her children, Terry K. Wiernas, Jill K. Coltrain, Amy K. Boswell, Donna K. Atkins and Joseph A. Jackson; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She will live on in our hearts and memories forever. We love you! The family will receive friends at Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. on May 26, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Her Funeral Mass will be at St. Augustine on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Final rest will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
