Obituary
Judith Clark, 79, of North Chesterfield, VA went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 17, 2024. She was born on March 19, 1945 in Norfolk, Virginia to Barbara L. Spence and the late Perry S. Spence. Judith was preceded in death by her father, Perry S. Spence.
She is survived by her son, Richard William Clark, Jr.; daughter, Angela Hope McGavisk (Patrick), her mother, Barbara L. Spence; sister, Barbara E. Morris; a brother, Kevin Perry Spence (Janet); and multiple nieces and nephews.
Judy took joy in the simple things of life – cooking, trying out new recipes, and gardening. She loved music and spent the majority of her life teaching piano and later enjoyed playing and directing handbells for Branch’s Baptist Church. She had a great love for her family and even greater love for the Lord.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234. Her celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Branches Baptist Church, 3400 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23234. Interment to follow at Branches Baptist Church Cemetery.
