Judy Gay Royall Oldham 79, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away April 30, 2026.

Born on June 22, 1946, in Richmond, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Nelson W. Royall andAlice P. Royall. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Crystal Oney and is survived by her son-in-law Michael Oney. Her grandchildren, Christopher Oney, Nicholas Oney and Brittany Oney. Great-grandchildren, Lillie-Rae Rusell, Briley Armstrong, LeeLand Oney and Henry-Jack Oney, along with her brother Raymond “Butch” Royall. Judy grew up in South Richmond, graduating from George Wythe High School. She started her working career at the family business, Royall Marine, and In 1992, she and Ms Brenda Duke founded Duke’s Dock, a successful marine supply company, at which they both worked until their retirement. For over twenty years, Judy was a loyal member of Burford Road Baptist Church and was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Judy will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and caring friend. Funeral services will be held on May 14, 2026 at 12:30 PM at Buford Road Baptist Church, 819 Buford Road, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23235. Visitation will be May 14, 2026 from 11:30 to 12:30 PM at the church. Interment service will be at Dale Memorial Park 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield,Virginia, following the funeral service.
