Obituary

Katherine Lucinda Allen, 84, of Richmond, VA went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2024. She was born on November 13, 1939 in Tennessee to the late Charlie and Beulah Barton. She was also preceded in death by her son, David Donald Fuller, Jr. and her daughters, Pamela Davis and Jacqueline Katina Allen.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Jack Ervin Allen; sons, Roger E. Allen, Sr. (Debbie), Robert S. Allen, Stephen Kanode (Lisa), and James Kanode; daughter-in-law, Lisa Marie Fuller; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Katherine was a loveable caring person who never met a stranger. She catered for Brock’s BBQ for some time. She retired from Lawrence Sanitary after many years of service. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a former member of Evangel assembly of God. Kathy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Her celebration of life will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832
