Obituary
Laverne Walker, 89, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Walker and Pam Mott; sons, Rob and Brian Walker; sister, Carolyn Weltchek; three grandchildren, Angela Conquest, Robert Lysinger, and Ryan Walker; three great-grandchildren; and her four-legged children, Sweetpea and Coco. She has gone to be with her beloved husband, Alan P. Walker, Sr.; parents, Wilma Schmidt and Verne Davis; sons, Alan P. Walker, Jr. and Chris Walker; and her four-legged children, Penny, Laddie, Princess Diana, Russell, and Keswick. Laverne’s services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Chesterfield County Humane Society, 9300 Public Works Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832.
