Obituary
Marlys M. Dale, 88, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Jack Dale. She is survived by her sons, Ricky Dale (Carol) and Kenny Dale (Robin). Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends have also shared in Marlys’ loving life. She retired from D.G.S.C. after many years of service. After retirement, she and Jack enjoyed spending time at their place on the York River, ‘Tucker’s Beach’ where they spent much of their time fishing and enjoying the company of family and friends. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10), where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Richmond Fisher House Foundation, 300 Arboretum Place, Ste. 660, Richmond, VA 23236.
