Obituary
Martha Daniel Bishop, 78, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 23, 2017. She is survived by her son, Michael Wayne Bishop; grandsons, Blake Bishop (Christian) and Drew Brandl, Jr.; son-in-law, Andy Brandl; granddaughters, Ashley Brandl and Lauren Bishop; sisters, Virginia Depuy, June Cook, and Frances ‘Bonnie’ Gardner; great-grandchildren, Liam, Isaac, and Naomi; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Bishop; parents, Martha and Edward Daniel; daughter, Cynthia Brandl; and brother, Edward ‘Jeff’ Daniel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 4600 Cox Rd. Suite 130, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
