Obituary

Mary Ann Belcher, 83, of Chester, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 3, 2022. She was born on September 15, 1939, in Granville, NC to the late James & Mary Tingen, she is also preceded in death by her sons, Mack M. Belcher, Jr., and Jeffrey M. Belcher. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Mack M. Belcher; children, Kathy and Greg Belcher; grandchildren, Sharon and Andrew; and numerous great grandchildren. Family will receive friends and family from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Morrissett Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Mary’s funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 10, 2022, at Webber Memorial Baptist Church, 7800 Salem Church Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23237. Interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newby’s Bridge Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Webber Memorial Baptist Church.   4. My mother was our faithful leader, she loved her family and church. I know that she did not want to leave her earthly family but knew that the lord would call her in his time. She was blessed with her memory and speech during all stages of her disease. I am thankful she is in the arms of the Lord, Jeff, her best friend and so many more. I love you Mom.
