With heavy hearts full of love and cherished memories, announcing the passing of my beloved mother, Millie Garcia Rosario, aged 47, of Chester, Virginia. On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, Millie peacefully journeyed to be with the Lord, surrounded by the warmth of our love and the comfort of His embrace.

Millie leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Rosaly Rosario, who was the light of her life. Millie’s parents, Hernan and Rosaura Garcia provided her with unwavering support and guidance throughout her journey. Her brother, Herman Garcia, and sister-in-law, Nancy Garcia, shared a bond of love and unity that enriched Millie’s life in countless ways.

In addition to her immediate family, Millie is survived by her cherished nieces and nephews: Raul, Magdalena, JoEllis, Yessenia, Mariangely, Stephanie, and Natanael. Each of them held a very special place in Millie’s heart, and their presence brought joy and laughter into her life.

A visitation to honor Millie’s memory will be held from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Friday, March 15, at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, located at 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm at Southlawn Memorial Park, situated at 1911 Birdsong Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805.

Millie’s departure from this world leaves a void that can never be filled, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and warmth that she shared so generously during her time with us. We love you to infinity & beyond!
