Obituary

Nancy Price Brown, 78, of Chesterfield went to be with Lord on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Arthur Price and Virginia Mae Price; her son, Paul Edward Brown and sister, Delores Clements. She is survived by Alice E. Berry; granddaughters, Kristen Kay Jenkins (Kristine), Amanda Leigh Brown; great-granddaughters, Summer Faith Harwood, Myleigh Kay Harwood; brother, Larry Steven Price; sister, Kathy Lee Lively and a niece, nephews, cousins and friends. Nancy was the President of the Chesterfield Humane Society for 20 years and was a teacher in Hopewell Public Schools. She also enjoyed travel, reading and always supported the underdog. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd (Rte. 10) for a memorial gathering. Nancy’s memorial ceremony will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Greg Webber officiating. Final rest will be private.
