Obituary

Ollie Burchett, age 88, of North Chesterfield, passed away on June 9, 2026.

Ollie will be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family. She never missed an opportunity to cheer on her son and grandchildren at their sporting events, always their biggest supporter and proudest fan. In her younger years, she cherished time spent water skiing and often shared fond memories of those adventures. More than anything, Ollie loved being with her grandchildren, creating special moments and lasting memories with them. Her kindness, encouragement, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.She is preceded in death by her mother; Ester Harmon, and brother; Roy Reynolds.

Ollie is survived by her husband of 65 years James Burchett, son; Scott (Mindy) Burchett, sister; Barbara Marable, grandchildren; Katie and Zach Burchett, niece; Beth Cashman, nephews; Troy and Kevin Reynolds, her best friend; Brenda Taylor, as well as many extended family members.

A visitation for Ollie will be held Sunday, 28th of June, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234
