He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Antonio Moreira Duran. He is survived by his devoted wife, Emilzza Mazziel Moreira and his loving mother, Teresa Moreira; His children, Anthony Moreira, Pedro Moreira III, Joseline Valdes, and Korian Valdes; grand daughter, Gabrielle Rose Moreira; siblings, Miguel Moreira, Maria Zavala, and Stanley Moreira; nieces, Jessalyn Adriana White, Eva Marisol Zavala, Emily Renata Zavala, and Diego Alejandro Zavala, Jr; brothers-in-law, Diego Zavala, and Joshua Meyers.Pedro was a man of God, a loving husband, an exemplary father, a loving and playful son, a protective brother, and a selfless and transparent friend. A hard working family man, and a jokester – but definitely the type of guy that would give his shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He was the one with the best advice, the one to make you laugh, and feel good. Pedro always turned a negative into a positive, always looking at the bright side of things. Pedro was a boxer; he fought with passion to achieve anything he set his mind to, including taking his father on a boat ride of his dreams, fishing with his family and friends, joining RVA Racing, owning his own motorcycle (fixing it up for him and his wife to ride together) and joining the DMV Ride Out 2021, and becoming an entrepreneur. Pedro was so proud of his growing concrete business, his Working Dad LLC trailer and new drawing system. Most importantly, he loved his workers, who were his best friends.Pedro was a great man who lived life to the fullest, and was always young at heart. While he would appear big and intimidating, he was kind and gentle, which earned him the nickname “Fluffy”. He will be loved and carried on in the hearts of his family and friends forever. Heaven has gained another angel, and Pedro and his dad have reunited. The memorial service will be Friday, October 15th, 2021 between 5:00PM and 9:00PM at Morrissett Funeral Home located at 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23832.The graveside service will be Saturday, October 16th, 2021 starting at 11:00AM at Dale Memorial Park located at 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, VA, 23832.
