Obituary

Raymond Arthur Foster, 72, of North Chesterfield, VA went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. He was born on November 6, 1953 in Clinton, Iowa to Arthur Ray Foster and the late Lois Foster. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cindy Foster; sister, Cathy Ehredt; and brother-in-law, Tim Turner.

Ray is survived by his sons, David Foster (Emily) and Daniel Foster; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Laura Kuhl (Dave); and brother, Mark Foster (Diana).

Ray was deeply loved by his family, especially his grandchildren. He was surrounded by many friends and loved ones who cared for him dearly. He was one of the strongest men we ever had the privilege to know.

A visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed immediately by a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234.
