Obituary

Raymond William Walker Jr., 71, of North Chesterfield, VA went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. He was born on May 5, 1953 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Leona Beatrice and Raymond William Walker, Sr.

He is survived by his, sisters, Patricia Thomas and Joyce Harrison; his wife of 49 years, Beverly Lawrence Walker, son, Wayne Walker; daughter-in-law, Jenna Kelly; grandchildren, Ryin C. Walker and Hayden S. Walker, and multiple nieces and newphes.

The family will receive friends and family from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a farewell prayer service from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Richmond Animal League, and Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center.
