Obituary
Rebecca Lillian Garcia, 81, of S. Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, H. Gregory “Greg” Garcia, Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Mike Mizzell; sons and daughter-in-law, Gregory Garcia and Ronald and Teresa Garcia; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road (Rte 10). Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Goochland Baptist Church Cemetery, 2454 Manakin Road, Manakin Sabot, VA 23103. The family suggests that donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4600 Cox Road Suite 130, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
