Obituary

Rhiannon Nicole Kelley, 34, of North Chesterfield, VA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. She was born on February 18, 1991 in Henrico, Virginia to Jerry L. Kelley and Christine Robbins Kelley.

She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Leonard Kelley and Virginia Kelley and maternal grandparents, David Robbins and Jacquline Bowman.

She is survived by her beloved daughter Aalayah Trinity-Len Johnson; parents, Jerry and Christine Kelley; brothers, J.R. Kelley (Dee Dee) and Jamie Kelley (Tiana); honorary brother, Brandon Murray (Kirstin); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rhiannon was a bright and beautiful soul who brought joy to everyone she met. She had a deep love for butterflies and the color blue-both symbols of the calm, vibrant spirit she carried through life. A devoted mother, Rhiannon cherished her daughter Aalayah above all else. Their bond was unbreakable, filled with laughter, love, and endless memories. Aalayah was her heart, her light, her everything. Rhiannon had a soft spot for animals, especially dogs and cats-even though she was allergic to the latter, it never stopped her from adoring them. Her compassion for all living things was just one of the many ways she expressed her warm and caring nature. She was outgoing and full of life, never shy to strike up a conversation. Her talkative spirit made her the heart of every room she entered. Rhiannon had a gift for friendship-she not only made friends easily, she made people feel seen, heard, and loved. Rhiannon’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and a life lived with an open heart. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Maury Cemetery, 2700 Maury St, Richmond, VA 23224.
