I’m so sorry to hear about Rick’s passing. I knew him when we were children on Wooddale Road in Chester and then later in the police department. He was a funny, wonderful man.

Rick was my best friend for the last 47 yrs. We met while serving in the Richmond Police Dept. K-9 Corps. Our friendship stayed in all the years that followed. We stood by each other during the good times and the bad times. Rick was a pallbearer for my father and Mother. Their deaths were 18 yrs. apart. We went fishing many times not to mention all the poker games. I was truly blessed to have Rick in my life. My best friend is now pain free and with his wonderful wife Charlotte. May God bless their souls.
