Obituary
Ronna Dickenson, 65, of White Stone, VA went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mattie Barr; brother, John Barr; and her twin sister, Donna Hatfield. Ronna is survived by her husband, Michael Dickenson; sons, David Dickenson (Linda), Shaun Dickenson (Holly), and Lin Dickenson; brother, Lin Barr (Nancy); and grandchildren, Jake, Kaley, Nicole, Brandon, Sawyer, Jackson, Colton, Adam, Michael, Mason, and Lawson. The family will receive guest from 1:00-2:00 pm with Ronna’s Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 6 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association https://www.mda.org/ways-to-give.

Ronna was a kind and good neighbor, always watching out for others, going out of her way to help. She had a great laugh, wonderful smile, and beautiful eyes which were soul deep. You are home now girl.

I am so sorry to hear about Ronna’s passing. I met her at VFCC years ago. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. We reconnected through Facebook a few years back. I got to see how happy she was and loved her family and the water. 2026 was the year I was going to see about meeting up with her again. I will miss her cute comments,, and the joy she had. She is in no more pain and with our Saviour. I’m sure there was a grand reunion with her twin. See you again one day Ronna.
