Obituary
Our mother, Ruth G. Stells, 93, of Chesterfield, VA passed on March 26, 2021. She cast off her suffering to await her home above. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Linwood P. Stells and her children, Warren E. “Bubba” Cave, Joan C. Walton, and Alice C. “Pat” Hall. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Ruth E. Wood and her husband Douglas E. Wood; son-in-law, Edward T. Hall, Jr.; granddaughter Elizabeth Renee Polson; and great-grandson, Brennan Lee Polson. She also leaves behind her beloved Dachshund, “Rebel Yell”. Ruth was a member of Shiloh Pentecostal Church. We want to say a very special thank you to the staff at Elmcroft of Chesterfield, where she lived for the last 3 ½ years. A visitation will be held Monday, April 5th 2021 from 11:00 am -1:00 pm, with her funeral service to beginning at 1:00 pm at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield, VA 23237. Interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park. Online condolences at www.morrissett.com
