  2. Sweet Sally an angel in life and now in the afterlife, you gave us the gifts of our favorite girls.. your sweet Sarah, Micaela, and Emelia. Your love now lives on in them. You were an amazing grandma and how they loved you so. Your kind, gentle soul touched us and everyone who was lucky enough just to know.

With love and light to Sarah and Travis our best friends and chosen family, we are the proudest godparents to Emelia, auntie & uncle to Micaela.

Sweet Sally, you live in our hearts now and forevermore.

  3. Micky Ogburn says:

I taught with Sally at Short Pump for several years and we remained in contact for years afterwards. I will miss her terribly and am praying for all of her family. I heard so many stories about her beloved grandchildren when we shared a classroom. She loved her family to be sure. She was a rare gem of a person who touched the lives of so many.

  4. Dear Sarah, Travis, Micaela, Emelia and family,
Find comfort in the time you shared with Sally and the memories you have. Garland and I had the pleasure of spending time with Sally on a few occasions. What a kind woman. A joy to be around. A very proud and loving mother and grandmother. Surely she will be so dearly missed.
Know that our thoughts are with you and our hearts are wrapped around you with love at this sad and difficult time.
Sending our most sincere condolences and deepest sympathies,
    Garland and Dianne Whitaker

  5. Sarah & Karl,

You had a wonderful mother! What good memories you must have. Lean on them to remind you of the joy she brought into your life.
Also hold on to your mother’s infinite love and let it be your guiding light.
May God wrap his loving arms around both of you and give you the strength to get through this grieving period as each of you require.

    With Sincere Sympathy,
    Richard and Kathy Whitaker
