Obituary

Brown, Sarah Elizabeth, 23, of Midlothian, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 5, 2011. She is survived by her mother, Lynn Smith, and her husband, Willard III; her father, William A. Brown; grandparents, Edward and Ann Mobley, and William and Jean Brown; step-grandparent, Willard Smith, Jr. and his wife, Joanne; sisters, Heather Botero and her husband, Jaime, and Martha Brown; an aunt, Dee Sullivan; uncle, Kurt Mobley; cousin, Mitchell Sullivan; and a niece, Isabella Botero. Sarah attended Powhatan Elementary School and Manchester High School. She worked as a dental assistant at Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Virginia. Our beautiful Sarah lived life with passion; her smile and presence would light up the room. She brought joy and happiness to all that she touched. Even in troubled times, she had a smile and could make others laugh. She found peace and happiness within herself through God’s grace and knowing her salvation was secure. She now lives in the presence of God Most High, the greatest being. She is with her Messiah. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, and to them who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Southside Church of Nazarene, 6800 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield. A service of remembrance will follow at the church. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sarah Brown Memorial Fund, care of BB&T Bank, 9970 Iron Bridge Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832.
