Obituary

Shirley Belcher Call, 89, of Chesterfield County Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2023. She was born on October 22, 1934.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Berkley Call; her parents, Elsie and Carlton Belcher; her brothers, Bob, Kenneth, George, and Lawrence Belcher;  her son in law, Stuart Wayne Partin; and her grandson, David Berkley Call.  She is survived by her daughters, Karen F. Kirkham (Don) and Rebecca Ann Partin; her son David Eugene Call (Pam);  eight grandchildren, Jeremy Kirkham (Amy), David Wayne Partin (Ania), Autumn Clark (Seth),  Joy Shelton (John), Ruthie Sanborn (Cameron), Kaitlin Call, Kristen Clarke (Will), Tyler Call (Kaitlyn); and 16 great grandchildren.

Shirley was a graduate of Thomas Dale High School.  She was a devoted Christian woman, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was a charter member of Faith Memorial Baptist Church and a Sunday school teacher and choir member.  She was a realtor for many years at Cole Real Estate.

A visitation will be held  on Friday,  January  5, from 11:00am-12:00 pm followed by a funeral at 12:00pm at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service,  6500 Iron Bridge road  N. Chesterfield, Va. 23234.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Chester, Virginia.
