Obituary

Tabitha Glidden, 37, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. She is survived by her beloved husband, Samuel Glidden; children, Vanesah and Nolan Glidden; mother, Janice Smith; brothers, Charles, Jr. (Jessica), Eric (Amanda), Colby Pickett and Jevon (Sierra) Smith and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Walker, Sr and nephew, Dash Walker. Tabitha loved all things pink and glitter. She enjoyed playing with makeup and doing makeup for her daughters”™ dance recitals. She was a crafty person and loved spending time making things and planning parties. She was a beautiful spirit and was a fighter to the end. Tabitha was an inspiration to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service where friends and family will be able to view the service live at Morrissett.com beginning at 1:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society 4240 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA, 23060 http://www.cancer.org or the Lupus Foundation of America 2000 L Street NW Suite 415, Washington, DC, 20036

      My family and I send our deepest condolences to Tab’s family, friends and loved ones. I knew her since we were very young. She was a beautiful, loving and caring woman. May she live on here with us through our memories of her and may her eternal life begin with our Lord and Savior in his kingdom. Her courageous fight is over and she is free. -The Fowler Family
