It is with great sadness that we announce Tracy Lynn Hylton, 56, of Chester, VA passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was born on January 7, 1970 in Richmond, Virginia to Joan Benton Martin and the late Henry Harrison Hylton, Sr.

Tracy always wore a smile that could light up any room, and her laughter was truly contagious. She loved life deeply, especially her family and her beloved dog, Zach. Tracy had a remarkable gift for finding the good in every situation, teaching all of us that even in the hardest moments, there is always something positive to hold onto.

She attended Byrd High School, where she made lasting memories and friendships. Tracy also proudly participated in the Special Olympics, inspiring everyone with her determination and joyful spirit. As a poster child for cerebral palsy, she became a symbol of strength, hope, and resilience.
