  1. I am so sorry for your loss! I went to High School with Victor and we actually went to the Junior Prom together, he was a wonderful person and I know how much he loved his whole family! I’m keeping y’all in my prayers as you go through this difficult time in your lives. R. I.P. Half Breed ??? You may be gone but you will never be forgotten! Heaven has surely gained another Angel ❤️

I had the privilege of supervising Vic during my stint as a Sergeant in Uniform Operations and he was a great officer, a real credit to the Chesterfield County Police Department. He handled every task with equal enthusiasm, never complaining and there wasn’t anything he would not or could not do. He not only served our County with extreme professionalism but also our Country too. Men & women of Vic’s caliber are sorely missed when they are gone and the hole they leave behind is extremely hard to fill. So Vic, thank you for your service — double.

May your family find comfort in the way you lived your life; dedicated to helping others and making both our County and Country a better and safer place in which to live.

  3. My condolences to the Agosto family. I had the pleasure of working with Vic for many years and he was compassionate and caring even when people did not deserve it. My 17year old son remembers visiting the station when he was much younger and Vic playing with him on the computer while I finished my work. Vic touched so many lives and will truly be missed.

  4. Just want to let the family know that Vic will always be with us in some small way because he touched us all in everything he did. Besides being a friend he was a true brother in Christ and loved serving others. Prayers for all.
