Obituary
Cecil Robert Walters, 81, of Valentines, VA went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 29, 2019. Cecil is survived by his sons Marty (Jane), Gary, and Tim; and the mother of his children, Wilma G. Walters. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sister Tootie Shupe (Richard), numerous nieces, nephews, and additional loving family members. He is preceded in death by his son Douglas and his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Walters. Friends may visit from 2 to 4 pm on Sunday, August 4 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Cecil’s funeral service will be held at 10 am on Monday, August 5th at the Morrissett Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park.
